The acquisition and processing of your personal data will take place exclusively in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness provided by the legislation, in order to:
i. ensure proper navigation in the areas of the Site, pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, lett. b) and f) GDPR;
ii. fulfill regulatory obligations to which the Controller is subject, pursuant to art. 6(1)(c) GDPR;
iii. to comply with any requests you may have, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
iv. to defend rights in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings pursuant to Art. 6(1) lett. f) GDPR;
v. pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Owner in the management of its internal control and risk management system, pursuant to Art. 6, par. 1, lett. f) GDPR;
vi. pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Owner in the management and continuous improvement of its operational processes, pursuant to Art. 6, par. 1, lett. f) GDPR;
vii. providing personalized commercial content based on the User's behavior and to manage, disseminate and track advertisements. The legal basis for these purposes is Art. 6(1)(a).
Providing the personal data below is optional, but failure to provide it may make it impossible to navigate the Site or respond to your requests.

Si tratta di informazioni che non sono raccolte per essere associate a interessati identificati, ma che per loro natura potrebbero, attraverso elaborazioni ed associazioni con dati detenuti da terzi, permettere di identificare gli Utenti. In questa categoria di dati rientrano gli indirizzi IP o i nomi a dominio dei computer utilizzati dagli Utenti che si connettono al Sito, gli indirizzi in notazione URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) delle risorse richieste, l'orario della richiesta, il metodo utilizzato nel sottoporre la richiesta al server, la dimensione del file ottenuto in risposta, il codice numerico indicante lo stato della risposta data dal server (buon fine, errore, ecc.) ed altri parametri relativi al sistema operativo e all'ambiente informatico dell'Utente.
Questi dati vengono utilizzati al solo fine di ricavare informazioni statistiche anonime sull'uso del Sito e per controllarne il corretto funzionamento e vengono cancellati immediatamente dopo l'elaborazione. I dati potrebbero essere utilizzati per l'accertamento di responsabilità in caso di ipotetici reati informatici ai danni del Sito; salva questa eventualità, allo stato i dati sui contatti web sono conservati per il tempo strettamente necessario.
b) Cookie

Regarding the possible future transfer of your personal data to Third Countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or international organizations, the Data Controller informs you that any processing will take place in compliance with the law or in accordance with one of the ways permitted by law under Articles 44-49 of the GDPR, such as the consent of the data subject, the adoption of Standard Clauses approved by the European Commission (SCC), the selection of subjects adhering to international programs for the free movement of data.

Personal Data will be retained in a form that allows the identification of the data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed (in accordance with the principle of storage limitation and minimization in Article 5(1)(c) and (e) of the GDPR).
